When adding team members to the Shippabo app, you have the ability to designate them as Owners or Members. An account can have multiple Owners, but should have at least one.
It does not necessarily mean this person is the actual owner of the company - it is essentially the main person / people of contact who are using the Shippabo platform. Owners have the ability to modify team's roles within the platform whereas a Member would not have that ability.
Aside from that, access and visibility between owners and members are the same.
