In most cases, Shippabo provides all freight costs and fees upfront. 

However, in certain cases there may be additional charges or services required to complete the freight move. These fees may not be known upfront or may be incurred as the shipment progresses through each stage. 

Our core goal is also to provide transparency. So Shippabo never marks up assessorial fees or charges incurred. And we’ll communicate those fees or charges as soon as we learn about them ourselves.
